Ingredients for Making Kuli Kuli Oil: - Groundnut
Procedure for Preparing Kuli Kuli Oil:
STEP 1: Roast your groundnuts by using sharp sand and a frying pan with a source of heat. You could get the roasted groundnuts from the market without doing the roasting.
STEP 2: Spread the roasted groundnuts on a flat surface, like a wide tray, and pick out the bad ones and throw them away. This ensures you have better oil at the end of the day.
STEP 3: Use a blender to blend it until it turns into a paste. If it’s in large quantity, I will advise you to take it to a commercial grinding machine to avoid stressing your blender.
STEP 4: After grinding it, pour the paste into a mortar and stir very well until oil starts coming out.
STEP 5: Continue string until all excess oil is out. You can use the paste to make your Kuli Kuli snack.
